Jason is a highly regarded technology entrepreneur with more than 20 years' experience building and leading companies in North America. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Real Matters.
Jason was a founder, director and executive of Basis100, which he built from a handful of employees into one of the largest publicly traded technology providers within the mortgage banking industry worldwide. Basis100 was sold in 2004.
A leader in his community, Mr. Smith is a director of several corporations and organizations including Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.

Guy is responsible for all aspects of the Canadian business. With more than 24 years' experience in the mortgage industry, Guy has extensive knowledge of the mortgage life cycle, and has held senior positions at a mortgage insurance company, and several major banks across Canada.
Most recently Guy managed Risk Operations for Genworth Financial Canada. His work included significant contact with third party data suppliers, property valuation providers and geo-spatial and locational intelligence companies. Prior to this role, Guy was responsible for overseeing Genworth's Ontario Sales organization.
Guy was born in London, England and holds a degree from the University of Toronto, in Economics, Business and Political Science. He also holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from CAAMP, and is a member IMBA.

Alistair is responsible for the finance, HR and administrative functions at RealMatters Alistair has broad financial services experience gained during the past 20 years in consumer finance, retail banking, investment banking, insurance and professional services across Europe and North America.
Alistair most recently worked for HSBC where he headed their non-prime broker mortgage group in Canada. Prior to that he established and managed HSBC's consumer finance businesses in Central Europe, specifically Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Alistair started business life at Arthur Andersen before becoming Head of Group Finance at Egg Bank, the world's largest pure internet bank.
Alistair holds an M.A. from Worcester College, Oxford University, an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
In his spare time Alistair enjoys spending time at home with his wife and two children as well as playing and watching as much sport as possible.

Mr. Cooke has overall responsibility for Solidifi's business channel including service delivery, sales, account management and appraiser partnerships.
Mr. Cooke has more than 15 years of industry related experience promoting and deploying business solutions to the financial services market. His extensive experience includes working with real estate valuation services, mortgage and loan origination technologies as well as data management. Prior to Solidifi, Loren held several senior management positions at Filogix Limited Partnership (A Division of Davis & Henderson) and Equifax Inc. in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, client delivery and professional services.

During his career, he worked to successfully grow Canadian Underwriting Services (CUS) into the second largest provider of insurance inspections in Canada. Further, Angelo has earned a reputation for providing his customers with exceptional service and value-added solutions.

With more than 10 years' experience in mortgage technologies, Ryan has overall responsibility for RealMatters' product design, delivery and infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Ryan has demonstrated experience in building solutions for the Canadian and U.S. mortgage industries and has gained extensive knowledge and involvement in real estate collateral assessment and mortgage processing.
Ryan has held various executive positions at multiple organizations within the industry. As Vice President at Basis100, Ryan lead business units responsible for point-of-sale applications designed for mortgage brokers as well as managed the development and implementation of an automated underwriting system for lending institutions. Ryan also led the market requirements and delivery of a U.S. collateral assessment solution which brought the leading automated valuation model (AVM) and appraisal companies onto a single order platform.
Ryan attended Brock University where he studied business administration and computer science.

With overall responsibility for RealMatters' Global growth and acquisition strategy, Kevin brings extensive knowledge of the mortgage and real estate sectors to RealMatters.
Kevin's industry experience spans over 12 years, joining RealMatters in 2007, and prior nearly six years with a large Canadian property services company. There, he spent time in variety of roles that included product development and management, strategic partnership development and corporate strategy. He was instrumental in the development of progressive data and alternative guaranteed valuation products for the Canadian market.
Prior to RealMatters, Kevin was focused on evaluating new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships as well as mergers and acquisitions in both the UK and US mortgage technology and relocation services markets. Kevin also spent nearly 2 years in the venture capital and merchant banking group at CIBC Capital Partners in Toronto.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Andrew Bough is a veteran mortgage lending executive with more than 20 years' experience in the valuations and credit risk industry in the U.S. Most recently, Andrew was head of credit and valuations at ING Direct USA, where he helped to effectively mitigate risk across multiple business channels.
Andrew is a Certified residential appraiser with firsthand knowledge of the appraisal industry and what it takes to be effective. As Chief Valuations Officer of Solidifi, his responsibilities will focus on customer service and product quality as well as driving revenue and company growth.

James Kirchmeyer has built a strong reputation in the real estate valuation industry over his 30-year career. A certified senior residential appraiser (SRA) accredited by the Appraisal Institute, he is a leading authority on real estate valuations, tools and technologies and has authored two books providing thought leadership to the industry. He continues to share his knowledge and expertise both as a featured speaker and teaching classes for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (FRB), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS). James also serves as a board member on several leading industry associations. He brings this wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Solidifi.

Michael Egan has successfully built substantial businesses in his past. He brings focus and dynamic leadership to firms he works with. In his last venture at InSystems, which he founded in 1989, he became a significant e-business supplier to the financial services industry. A visionary, he guided the company's rapid growth by developing a team with a keen understanding of the industry and its evolving requirements. He has helped these organizations reshape their processes and business relationships through technology for 30 years. The proof is an impressive roster of more than 350 customers in 24 countries and several prestigious business and industry awards. Insystems was sold to the Standard Registry Company in 2002.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics. Mike's career began in the Information Technology department of a major insurance company, where he designed and developed several online systems. He became an industry consultant, working with Life and Health insurance companies in the United States and Canada, before founding two successful technology companies focused on solutions for financial services organizations.
Active in business associations and committed to the community, Mike has twice been Campaign Cabinet Chair of the United Way of York Region and in 2003, he was recognized with the prestigious Canadian Venture Capital Association 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award. He is a frequent traveler, skier and fund raiser for the local community and has a passion for polo.

Michael Diamond comes to the company with 25 years of experience in the technology world, having been President and CEO of Minicom Data Corporation, one of Canada's earliest and fastest growing vertical market software companies until its sale in 1995. Since that time, Michael has been heavily involved in a series of investments, primarily in the technology sector, and maintains an active Management Consulting Practice. He is also a Director of Whitecastle Investment Limited of Toronto, a private investment firm. A lawyer, former teacher and graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, Michael also invests considerable time in the non-profit sector, with Directorships of a number of national and international organizations.

Blaine is a member of the Compensation Committee and a director of IMRIS. He is a private equity investor and has been the Managing Partner of Whitecap Venture Partners (WhiteCap), a private equity investment company, since November 2003. Prior to that, Blaine was the Chief Executive Officer of several WhiteCap investee companies, including Photonami Corp. and Avo Photonics. Blaine is a telecommunications and business executive with over 20 years of experience in start-ups and business turn-arounds in both the private and public sectors. He has successfully led a number of entrepreneurial ventures and teams in the automobile, manufacturing, medical supply, telecom and investment industries. Blaine originally joined Whitecap Venture Partners in 1995 where, as an Executive Vice President, he led the Technology Practice, and held the role of "Entrepreneur in Residence". Since 2004, he has been a Managing Director of Whitecastle Private Equity Partners LP.

Mark Wainberg is a dynamic thinker who brings more than 32 years business experience from a diverse business and technology background. His expertise extends to areas of financial services including e-commerce, strategic alliances, business strategy, business operations, and strategic technology use and conceptualizing innovative solutions. Mark has consulted to the financial services industry and has served in Senior Executive positions and as a member of Boards, both as a Director and an Advisor. Mark is a founding partner of Real Matters and iv3 Loss Control Solutions and serves on the board of these companies. Mark is also the head of Private Equity at Quadrexx Asset Management and an officer of the company. Mark was Managing Director of Insurance Services and Vice President Strategic Alliances at Cebra Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Montreal. Mark was a member of the EPOST Board of Directors, and served as a member of Basis100 Advisory Board.
Mark started his career in the property and casualty insurance industry handling specialty and commercial lines claims, and branch operations with management positions at Motors Insurance Corporation and Fireman's Fund / Wellington Insurance Companies. Mark was Vice President Information Technology and Operations at Canadian General Insurance Group (CGIC) for its group of companies and oversaw the development of the core insurance processing system development and process management operations. During these early days, CGIG acquired a number of insurers resulting in multiple company, multiple system processing and was responsible for the growth of the systems to handle the businesses which subsequently became Aviva Canada.
Mark is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of Canada holding a Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation.

Robert is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in leading new business initiatives and achieving growth objectives with some of the world's foremost companies. Most recently, he was President of SAP North America, a global market leader in enterprise application software, with other previous roles including COO of its Global Customer Operations. Prior to joining SAP, Robert served as an Executive Vice President for EDS Corporation. Robert has been an active board member of numerous North American not-for-profit organizations and has served on the boards of several publicly traded organizations.
