Solidifi Wins YTA Scale-Up Company Of The Year Award From York Technology Association

On June 17th, 2010, Solidifi’s Chief Technology Officer, Ryan Smith, was awarded the York Technology Association Scale-up Company of the Year Award. The ceremony took place at the Le Parc Banquet and Convention Centre in Markham, Ontario.

The award recognizes an organization which has demonstrated excellence in innovation and a commitment to the knowledge-based sector in the York and Greater Toronto regions, while consistently reaching new customers or delivering new services within an existing customer, increasing revenues, adding employees, encouraging community involvement and embracing sound business fundamentals.

During the awards ceremony, Ryan participated in a panel discussion that highlighted the factors that contributed to Solidifi’s success. He also shared his insights into how Solidifi maintains its competitive edge as other organizations seek to replicate and surpass its achievements. Finally, Ryan discussed how Solidifi is dealing with the challenges of being a tech company leader today.
